[kwlug-disc] Cheaper fibre internet could be on the way as CRTC finalizes wholesale rates

My Internet problem is more about availability, not the rate. In my old
neighborhood, 50Mbps is the maximum I can get, no matter which provider I
choose. It requires infrastructure upgrade to get faster speeds. I don’t
think that will happen in the next 20 years.
