The default target is strangely enough, graphical.target, on all of my
machines, even the ones that have no display attached.

When I run the list-dependencies command, I see a large tree of services
and targets.
Some have a green asterisk, others have a white one.

The systemd-networkd-wait-online is not among them, so like you said, it is
a transient dependency.
