Pretty sure that's been a thing for quite some time. I had it on v128 
and probably v115 before that.


Thunderbird's gotten really nice recently.


The v115 "Supernova" edition hurt my eyes and offended my soul.

At first glance.


Spent quite some time making it look like Old Thunderbird.

Then slowly began reverting my changes to see what they were trying to 
achieve. Grew to like it.


Also, listening to Thundercast by the dev team softened my position 
somewhat.


Just moments ago I completed the update from 128 to 140, so will be 
looking for changes good or bad from what I'm used to.


Apparently their nudges for donations has been successful enough that 
they've hired a team to do a major rewrite and then, from that base, 
begin moving towards implementing a lot of requested features.


Works well on Android too.
