I also want to say that trying to set this up just before 7pm seems
like a bad idea to me. We are already delaying the start of our
meetings setting up the A/V we already have. If you want to experiment
then fine, but don't do it at the expense of the rest of the meeting.

In my opinion doing a test run of this new setup either after the
meeting or on another non-meeting day would be better. But that is
only my opinion, not a decree.
