{as a follow up to SQLPage presentation}

Current SQLPage uses the following structure for page defining sql:
  - select for top level component
    - select for inner part
    - select for iiner part
  - select for top level component

Imagine that component is ul, then it is
  - ul
    - li
    - li
  - ul

We are looking at auto closing tags, in a situation with no explicit 
closing tags!
