[kwlug-disc] Apparently a web monetization protocol is not totally dead

I think Colin and I briefly discussed this at a KWLUG dinner a few 
months ago.

This article suggest that the FLOSS co-op Igalia is to be picking up 
work on the Web Monetization API standard.
