I was wondering if anyone here in this group know where I can get some
cheap(free?) DIP Anti Static Plastic IC Shipping Tubes(for 14/16pin stuff
and 24/28/40pin stuff) and some of them black static-dissipative black
foam-like pads, like these chips are mounted in at this pic --
