[kwlug-disc] Solara is hiring a Telecommunications Data System Manager

This topic sounds interesting, I encourage those looking to check it out.

In the spirit of Saturday reflections on how people are part of systems
around us, can I explicitly write what I think is assumed but isn't
passed in an explicit Pythonian style. As tech people ourselves we may
do copy-pasting of human-related parts, prompting a need to revisit
(refactoring?).

Of course, we comment on personal attitude part as this is what human
brings to otherwise deterministic systems.

Should this read roughly as """

Many customers depend on us, and when our system screws up, and you need
to spend more effort, you know that it isn't a waste. And when this
happens more than two times, your passion and technical talent will
surface a systematic correction. Its this human agility we all need, and
Solara acknowledges that it should adapt when a particular rigidity is
found to be counter productive.

"""

Instead, current paragraph induces following reactions:

1) " You acknowledge that Solara is a leader ..." -- kiss the ring. Sit
flat, we are already the leader. You don't have to think, we are leader
already.

2) " ... you are ready to go the extra mile when needed." -- you'll
patch it with your lifetime and blood, but you acknowledge that Solara
is a leader and you'll keep churning out heroic effort when needed.

Saturday reflections:

Heroic, extra ordinary, "extra mile" -- is what our systems can't depend on.
When scrappy startup starts up, they occasionally lean on miracles. But
startup-ing should be viewed as growing up, starting to be reliable,
dependable.
Let's acknowledge that any established company may places where "extra
miles" may creep in: circles. It is always possible to place an infinite
number of miles when you run in circles. Aforementioned agility is
supposed to eliminate such places, or so we hope.

Should this be with 'd'? "experienced and efficient teammates"

Should this read as:

"""

Perfection can't be used as an excuse to be late. Your talent, your
brain always strives for perfection, and you also perfect this internal
reasoning by including other perspectives to solutions that we may be
tempted to consider in isolation. You are open-minded in this respect.

"""
