[kwlug-disc] Bluetooth in VMM devices

My wife has a new Cricut device, and of course it needs Windows and
Bluetooth.  It could be run over an android phone but the screen is too
small for any real design work.

I have a Windows 10 VM running in virt manager, but I can't figure out how
to get bluetooth to work on it.  Bluetooth works on the the Ubuntu host,
but I can't figure out how to pass it through to the Windows VM.

Any ideas?
