[kwlug-disc] Microsoft equivalent of LibreOffice Draw?

Whenever I have a question like this, except in the other direction (what
Linux program looks like MS xxx ? ), I turn to https://alternativeto.net/
..  It'll do Windows == Linux == Mac.  But the comments are usually worth
it as well.
