[kwlug-disc] Importing mbox file into Thunderbird?

I have old emails in "mbox" format.  How do I import them into 
Thunderbird?  Online search talks about "Import MBOX file" under 
"Tools", but mine (68.12.0) doesn't have that entry.

Side Note:  I'm beginning to like Thunderbird.  It replaces fetchmail, 
procmail, mutt, vim, sendmail for mailing purpose.  But, I miss vim, though.
