Context:

1. Belarus is having peaceful protests. Police in mask harass, detain, 
beat demonstrators, etc. Developers are trying to identify police behind 
masks.

2. There is probably around three thousand of police involved. Databases 
of police forces have long been leaked. There is also a ton of social 
networks' material in the open for cross correlations and net training.


Training set is not terribly big, given 9 million population of the 
country. Add additional information, if matches are fuzzy.

Words of developer, directed to police: "You don't have mask. You live 
in a different century."
