Been playing around with cloudatcost (they have some cool deals lately).
I like their pricing structure (not sure how they survive) but be
cautious on their vC Cloud options, as they run inside an LXC container,
not a full VM.  That is not clearly stated on their website in my opinion.
Still waiting to hear back on what their future plans are regarding that...
they look like they are planning more options than LXC, but not sure
if it will be in that category.

They are going through growing pains, but still, a nice little budding
cloud provider as far as I can tell.
