[kwlug-disc] changes at Private Internet Access

For those of us who use PIA for our VPNs...

Apparently they've had a big software update, and as of October 31st the
older versions will no longer work.  So you need to update your client
software.

Have a look at https://www.privateinternetaccess.com/pages/download , make
sure it says Linux, and have at it.

Depending on which version of the older clients you were using, you might
want to uninstall them first.
