[kwlug-disc] Docker repositories

Bit late to the party.

If you're worried about the nature of Docker releases vs enterprise
(luckily they sold that division now haha).

Install https://podman.io/

Then do: 'alias docker=podman'

Podman is 100% compatible with docker commands and doesn't use any big
fat daemons.

Disclaimer: I work at Red Hat, so I'm a bit biased lol
