[kwlug-disc] Screen vs Tmux

Honestly, I think either are okay. I use screen and depend heavily
upon it, but I also depend heavily upon a bunch of hacky, custom
scripts to set screen titles: https://kwlug.org/node/687 . Without
these screen title hacks, I find screen very difficult to navigate.
I am a dinosaur and my muscle memory is very trained to the GNU Screen
keybindings, so if I was to switch the first thing I would do is remap
the keys. The second thing I would do is make sure that screen titling
works the way I want.
tmux is newer and was intended to fix deficiencies in screen. I feel
that I ought to switch over, and I think that if I was starting from
scratch I would probably start with tmux, but I am such a rudimentary
UNIX user that I have not run into screen's pain points yet.
