Thanks to everyone posting where to buy batteries.

Now there is a different problem.

The manuals says "internal UPS fault", and says to call APC.

Before I find some time to wait on hold, it is a very odd coincidence that
this
only happened after the upgrade to 18.04. It really should not matter, since
on Linux, the apcupsd daemon just reads over the USB.
