[kwlug-disc] htop - wonderful utility to view processes in console

@Mikalai, personally, I'm a huge fan of Netdata for monitoring and alerts
however Glances is pretty good for quick console based insights I haven't
really delved into much of its functionality I just stumbled upon it at one
point and seemed relevant to suggest here.
