[kwlug-disc] New meeting location possibly needed

I don't mind chipping in to help with the rent, but to be honest, KWIC is
hard for me to get to (i.e. the parking lot is an adventure, and the stairs
are hard on my asthma).  But if we could get decent rates elsewhere, I'm
all ears..
