I want to second that. Reading archives brings up questions you don't
know you need to ask. This is a great educational tool.
With search engine you are fed info which you asked for. Noone asks
right questions the first time. It creates Google-bubble even in tech
searches. Rabbit holes with unexpected questions/perspectives open up in
mail archives, forums, not in search engines.
