Nobody seems to be talking about it but DDR3 seems to have dropped a bit at Canada Computers too. They don’t have a lot of stock of DDR3 so it seems to be signaling the fact that they probably won’t be restocking any in the new year. DDR4 came out in late 2014 so it’s not a big surprise that they’re near the end of stock.

If you’ve still got a 2013/14 system and want to add more RAM now might be the time.
