[kwlug-disc] Google meeting space for August

I just got off the phone with a representative from Google. There are
still some details to be worked out, but we have tentatively booked
the Google community space for a trial in August.

To my ears it sounds as if the space might not be a great fit: 

- As of this time they are only booking one-off events, not monthly
  meetings.
- A Google employee needs to be in the space to supervise us, which
  increases the cost to them.
- Ideally they want a list of attendees beforehand so they can print
  off badges for us all. (Honestly Google knows everything about us
  already, so I am surprised they don't already know who is coming
  before we have made up our minds as individuals. But I digress.) I
  talked them out of this for our initial meeting, but this could
  become a concern. 

I figure we can test out the Google space and see how it compares to
the KWIC and SJK. It is close to the other locations so hopefully it
will not be too far out of the way even if people go to the wrong
location.

For June and July we will be at the KWIC space. For August we will try
Google. Then we will see what happens.
