[kwlug-disc] Other talk ideas I could probably present.

@Doug it would mostly be about me and how I ended up operating inside of a
space majorly reliant on open source.  Imagine a scenario where there is 20
different people trying to solve a problem with open-source software how do
you decide which package to rely on.
