I am using a set of ear buds from JLab. https://www.jlabaudio.com/
They were ~$60, and are still working pretty well after a few years.

The audio is fine for podcasts and music, but I am definitely not an
audiophile. :) And as mentioned later in this thread, the microphone is
basically unusable. Which seems to be pretty common for bluetooth earbuds.
