You'd probably be better off lighting your computer on fire then using
McAffee products.  Try VeraCrypt instead.  It's the fork of TrueCrypt which
is suspected to have been coded by some dev for some gun runner or
something crazy.  But regardless it's been through a code audit at this
point so it should be reasonable.
