[kwlug-disc] Cry for help, Laravel/Vagrant/Homestead

[Chamunks]

So far I understand that Laravel is a dependency management tool that makes
developing easy but it seems like a struggle to deploy a live instance
without using homestead.  Which would mean that not only would I need to
learn Laravel but now I also need to learn vagrant.

For the most part I just need to check my understanding of how to deploy
our source code to the dev instance so that I can show my ui guy what they
need to "decorate". I mean if someone wanted to do it for me I'd be willing
to pay but I'd need a guide written so that I am not relying on others to
make this work.
