[kwlug-disc] Test 01

 From what I've seen, shortly after posting go to the web archive of the 
list. If it isn't there, it isn't going to be.

So far as I know that's the shortest / most internal message path. A 
message may get bogged down smtp wise, going down, or coming back, and 
the archive landing short circuits that somewhat.
