[kwlug-disc] Let's Encrypt and CPanel

Let's Encrypt works with the latest cPanel/WHM automatically. Or you can
use AutoSSL which uses Comodo certificates. Same end result. AutoSSL
though now lets you choose to use LE instead if you prefer.
