Don't use it as much as I used to, but various, depending upon which my
fingers find first. Most usually for ping, and the like.

Before, though, is superuser:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.noshufou.android.su
(Not a client / terminal / server, but helps them.)

Then one or more of:

ConnectBot : https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.connectbot

SSH Server :
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=me.shkschneider.dropbearserver

SSHDroid :
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=berserker.android.apps.sshdroid

SSH Server :
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.icecoldapps.sshserver

For VNC:

VNC server : https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.schumi.vncs

VNC Viewer for Android :
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=android.androidVNC

And, just in case:

Security & Antivirus | Lookout :
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.lookout

- which always complains when my backup runs, as it triggers SuperUser,
but I can live with that.

Titanium Backup ★ root :
