Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think you have to order your Pi online.
Amazon has been good to me for ordering Pi's, but you could also try
Element14.

Another advantage of going to Amazon is that they carry the Canakits, which
gives you your power supplies, HDMI cables, cases, etc.  There's a wide
variety of Canakits.

I think KW Surplus carries Arduinos, but I know nothing of Arduinos so
don't take my word for it.
