[kwlug-disc] Laptop Rescue Mission: Oct 22

After a summer/fall hiatus, the Laptop Rescue Mission at Computer
Recycling is back in business. As a bonus we bought some cheap
Dell-compatible adaptors, so we can refurbish some Dells this month. 
Over the summer we have received a few other donations as well.

This month we will hold the event on Saturday, Oct 22 from 4pm-8ish. As
usual, you don't need to be a Linux genius to participate, and lots of
Linux newbies have participated in the past. If you know of some
people off-list who would like to participate feel free to invite them
too.

As usual we will be at Computer Recycling, 66 Queen St S in Kitchener.
The good news is that some of the construction around Charles has
been completed, so getting here is not as hard. I do not know much
about the parking situation, though. Maybe the lot on the other side
of Ontario from The Working Centre is still a good one to use?

If you have never participated before, please RSVP so I can tell you
how to get into the building. If you have participated, an RSVP is
still nice so we know how many people to expect.
