[kwlug-disc] Keysigning participation

I forgot to put this in the meeting announcement, but Bob says there
have not been many RSVPs for his keysigning party. He would like some
more people to participate, even if they have participated in a
keysigning before.

I imagine he would like submissions for the master list by Sunday.
