You cannot anymore.  Canada on Demand used to do it.  Bell media has kept
with Flash and it's now encrypted.  If anyone has figured it out, no one's
put up a plugin anywhere I can find.  I get CTV OTA, using my HDHomeRun and
MythBackend, or just direct ATSC tuner in my TV.
