In my mind for the CRTC to suggest stopping Canadian OTA transmission, 
is to say that if you live in the country, and can't afford a satellite 
dish, is to say you really don't matter.    There is no rural cable TV, 
only OTA and satellite dish and very slow/poor internet service.
