My own VPS is at RamNode.com, which is one of the few cheap VPS
providers that I've found that actually supports IPv6 (although I hear
DigitalOcean is working on it too).  It starts at $2/mo for a very
low-powered machine.

Wherever you choose to host, if your sites get any decent amount of
traffic, you should also look into using a CDN.  If you don't need SSL,
CloudFlare has a free plan that should suit most basic needs.
