 From the wikipedia article on it, I got to duplicati, 
http://www.duplicati.com/home on which it mentions making use of one's 
clouds, too.

Perhaps of interest.

(Still command line though, as far as I can tell. So, of interest to me, 
but perhaps not what the OP is looking for.)
