If we're name dropping other host, least do a local one :)

http://cloudatcost.com/ is still offering their $35 or $1/month servers.
(1CPU,512MB,10GB)

The service is still young so I don't know if I'd trust them with a
really critical or heavy load. But they are pretty cheap for simple stuff.
