[kwlug-disc] HDD Partition & swap space

In Linux, unless you do some tricks, by definition all swap space is on 
its own partition.

Even in windows I recommend it - decreases fragmentation everywhere 
else. I make it a bit bigger and point tmp at it too, for the same reasons.
