As I understand it, and I may also be wrong, but they have to unlock you if
you ask.  But they still charge you for the service.  I wouldn't mind
paying the $50 but I really don't want to give my credit card number to
Bell for this purpose.

Why couldn't they put the charge on my monthly bill?  How hard is that?
