I'd like to preserve myself for posterity - does anyone have suggestions
for capturing the video?

I can see and hear it with Firefox on Mint Debian Edition with Flash
installed, but neither video nor audio with either Firefox or Iron[1] on
Ubuntu 12.04 without Flash. I only get audio with IE8 on WinXP (with
Flash) in VirtualBox.

I can capture the video on the Mint computer using RecordMyDesktop, but
the soundcard on that computer has no hardware output capture channel,
so RecordMyDesktop captures sound through the built-in mic -- awful quality!

Any hints appreciated.
