[kwlug-disc] KWLUG Live 2013.11.04

Hmm thats really quite frustrating.  It seems as though it should just be
an external issue I'm actually not getting any dropped frames.  That said
it could easily be the network/justin.tv.  One day I'll have a better
option but currently the best option for me is to continue as we are.  If
anyone is interested in helping out it would be phenomenal.
