I think the A10 mentioned by Fadil may be from aw-som.
In any case, Robert, from aw-som gave a presentation to the Android 
group a few months ago.
Impressive.
AFAIK The aw-som A10 and A20 are not Open Source but a flavour Linux 
runs on these boards.
