I'm currently running with iWeb.ca; they're out of Montreal and so far seem to be pretty good. I have a friend has a lot more experience with Canadian hosting that me who had a bad experience with them, but these guys seemed to be the best out of the bunch and the particular issue he was having (unexpected power cycle and extraordinarily lag on the support side) were something I was willing to write off as a (very) infrequent issue.

They're definitely not the cheapest, but it was important for me to have my server in Canada and the idea of NOT being in a virtual box was appealing. I picked up a marked-down server package from them and even got 5% off (every month) with a coupon code.
