Dear all,

OpenStreetMap has a history of innovations that emerge from "Hack
Weekends".  Major improvements to OpenStreetMap such as
internationalization of the web site, advances in the APIs, in-browser
editors and many others had their origin at Hack Weekends.

The first Canadian OSM Hack Weekend will be held in Toronto, 16-18
March 2012.  Details and signup on the wiki.[1]  Come on out and help
to make OpenStreetMap even better.

But what if you are not yet an OpenStreetMap Developer?  The event has
both social and technical aspects.  Participate in the social aspects
to meet members of the OSM community who can help you bring yourself
up to speed more quickly.

Curious about what is involved and what happens at an OSM Hack
Weekend?  The first US Hack Weekend was held in the Washington DC area
