Came across this one a little while ago

Located in Canada(but backed by S3), FLOSS friendly, and openly 
discusses the design choices in building the software and the service.

Run by Colin Percival, who is a FreeBSD developer.

I have not used the service, so cannot comment on it directly, but it 
looks interesting.
