Taskwarrior was probably the best TODO application I've used. I still use
it for on-computer-only projects, but it falls down during everyday use due
to not being able to interact with it on my phone.

I still, through to today, have not come up with a todo method that works
on both phones and desktop computers, in which I'm also pleased on both
platforms.
