Yes, in Waterloo.

I tested it to re-confirm, of course, or wouldn't have posted.

You'll get dead air for some time, at least I did when I called, well 
after midnight. It worked just fine. I hung up when the initial 
announcement started.

It has been in K-W for at least a year, I believe.

All I was pointing out is that it's a valid number, for which you may 
wish to modify your dial plan. Given the nature of the number, it's 
probably not predictable as to when you will want it, or whom.
