Here is the dialplan for my linksys PAP2. It's been working great.

(*xx|[3469]11|0|00|[2-9]xxxxxx|1xxx[2-9]xxxxxxS0|xxxxxxxxxxxx.)

I also changed my dialtones from the default to match a normal POTS line

The Linksys device I mentioned was just an ATA and is only to allow my analog phones to use the Asterisk server.
Yes, FreePBX is inside my LAN...
