[kwlug-disc] Trouble with UW CSC Debian mirror

Thanks for the contact.  It looks like there is some kind of issue with
mirror "updating" backwards in time.

I'd use a different mirror, but the UW one is so ridiculously fast it is
worth waiting for.

Thanks to UW CSC for hosting all the great projects it does!
