[kwlug-disc] I'm looking to host a high ram server in a fast connection area.

Cedric I will contact my associate and check into things with you :) I cant
see anything more than a 1u server being necessary but than again I'm not
really in the professional server hosting business yet so I really have no
idea :P.

Well we run a fairly tight community of core individuals generally we try
to keep our server moderated as close to 100% of the day which can be hard
since we have many people joining the server from Sydney to California. So
since we havn't really been running the server with a for profit model we
dont really need to be losing that much sleep over it.

But yes we host a forum at some gaming forum host for like 8$ a month
because im too lazy to run all the apache stuff myself and mysql always
seems to hate me.

Plus to keep ourselves well advertised we encourage our players to vote for
our server on server lists for in game reward. This works well in the
survival mode where the ingame has an economy all to itself that people
support quite well.

Its a hard difficulty survival style of server with a theme
